GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. Please review your personal access tokens, project access tokens, and group access tokens to ensure you are aware of upcoming expirations. Administrators of GitLab can find more information on how to identify and mitigate interruption in our documentation.

Inform users about expected processing time

@sfkeller says he regularly has to explain to users that exports will usually take around 30 minutes.

The web application itself should inform the user about this

before submitting an order (i.e. on the order forms, near the "submit" button)
after submitting an order (e.g. in the stored message(s) for appropriate statuses)
in a general FAQ or information page

(at least one of these, possibly several)
