Display active-web-element cursor (hand) when hovering over delete thingy

On the "My Export" page, one can delete finished exports by clicking the encircled x. The cursor when hovering that encircled x should be the same as for links, buttons and other active web elements (hand with extended index finger), not the text input cursor (serifed vertical bar).
