GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. Please review your personal access tokens, project access tokens, and group access tokens to ensure you are aware of upcoming expirations. Administrators of GitLab can find more information on how to identify and mitigate interruption in our documentation.

Allow larger excerpts for "simplified" detail level

If size estimation (#467 (closed)) is again used to limit size of user-defined excerpts:

allow larger (factor T.B.D.) excerpts for detail level "simplified" (#330 (closed))
if a different detail level is chosen and the selected area is too large for that, but small enough for "simplified", show the user a suggestion to change the detail level
