Issue 7 cut off filter name

Lukas Schnellmann requested to merge issue-7-filter-name-cut-off into main

If a filter name is longer than 50 characters the filter name will be cut off and instead a tool-tip will show up after 1 second of hovering to display the full name.

Added a new button menu for the edit, duplicate and delete actions to create more space for the filter name.
