args can now be any iterable and not just List

- remove redundant for-loop

- rename function to clearly convey its function

- Is a function of rpm ratio instead of heating power. Added a comment
in get_electrical_power() mentioning this.

- get_rpm_ratio() has a boundary check, but is not being used in this
function (as opposed to get_electrical_power()). As such a local check
had to be added.
