GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. Please review your personal access tokens, project access tokens, and group access tokens to ensure you are aware of upcoming expirations. Administrators of GitLab can find more information on how to identify and mitigate interruption in our documentation.

Fill in some projektzuteilung.dauer and some more projektzuteilung.startzeit

Currently, all projektzuteilung.dauer are NULL. Change them to actual values for at least some of the entries (maybe around half of them), so that queries using that attribute give meaningful results.

Also fill in some more projektzuteilung.startzeit values. (Currently, only one entry has a non-NULL one.)

(What are the semantics of these fields, anyway?)
